Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from BTKD. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied — or wanting to swap a size — you can return your item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, or speak to staff when you next go to class.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on mouthguards or groin guards unless faulty.
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
