There will be TWO FREE training sessions for all grades and ages on Saturdays 28th December and Saturday 4th January 10am-11.30am at the Redgrave Sports Centre, Wycombe Road, Marlow
In addition all students are encouraged to attend extra classes during December at no extra cost!
Open to red belts and above (whether you are due to grade or not), these sessions will cover the senior grade syllabus for your next grading, including line work, patterns, set sparring and pad work.
If you are hoping to grade for Black Tag, Black belt or a Dan grade you need to attend ALL THREE ((if you can’t make any of the sessions, please let us know)
All sessions are at Wycombe High School, Marlow Road, High Wycombe HP11 1TB 11am-1pm
